INTRASCOPE.APP — REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases of software, subscriptions, and lifetime deals made through Intrascope.app and our authorized reseller platforms.
By purchasing or accessing our Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

All payments for Intrascope services are processed securely by third-party payment partners:

  • Paddle (for direct purchases on Intrascope.app), and

  • AppSumo (for lifetime deal purchases).

Intrascope does not process or store any credit card information.
Refunds are subject to the terms below, as well as applicable policies of Paddle or AppSumo.


2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Lifetime License (LTD)

A full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
No conditions or usage requirements apply within this window.

After 14 days, lifetime purchases become final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical issues that prevent access to the Service.

Refund requests must include the order ID or transaction reference.
Refunds for LTD purchases made through AppSumo must be initiated directly through AppSumo’s support system and are subject to AppSumo’s refund policy.


2.2 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) can be canceled at any time from the account dashboard.

If canceled within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund.
After 14 days, or once the billing period has begun, subscriptions become non-refundable for that period.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within an active subscription.


2.3 Top-Up Balances

Top-Up payments represent prepaid usage credits for API token consumption within LLM models.

Top-Up payments are non-refundable once processed, as they constitute prepaid digital credits.
Any unused Top-Up balance remains active and available for future usage as long as the account remains active.

If an account is terminated or deleted by the user, remaining Top-Up balances are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.


2.4 Annual Maintenance Fee

Lifetime License (LTD) customers are subject to a mandatory annual maintenance and support fee of $49 starting twelve (12) months after the original purchase date.

This fee ensures continued access to updates, hosting, and technical support.
Failure to pay the fee within the billing period may result in account suspension until payment is completed.

The annual maintenance fee is non-refundable once charged, as it represents ongoing access and platform upkeep.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Unused subscription periods after cancellation

  • Prepaid Top-Up balances or credits

  • Annual maintenance or renewal fees

  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or system abuse

  • Promotional or discounted offers explicitly marked as “non-refundable”


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@intrascope.app and include your Paddle or AppSumo order ID.

Refunds are processed via Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
For AppSumo purchases, refund timelines follow AppSumo’s internal policies and schedules.

In cases of technical issues or duplicate charges, we aim to resolve the matter within 72 hours of confirmation.


5. Purchases via Resellers or Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased Intrascope through a reseller (such as AppSumo), refunds must be requested directly through that reseller.
Intrascope cannot process refunds for payments made through external resellers or marketplaces.


6. Human-Delivered Services

Intrascope is a fully automated SaaS platform and does not include any human-delivered services such as consulting, manual setup, or custom development.
If human-involved services are introduced in the future, they will be clearly labeled and governed by separate refund terms at the time of purchase.


7. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted outside standard criteria at the sole discretion of EVI Solutions DOO only in the following verified cases:

  • Technical failure on our servers preventing initial access

  • Duplicate or accidental payments

  • Billing errors confirmed by Paddle or AppSumo
