How billing works
Two parts: the workspace, then the models
Most confusion about AI pricing comes from mixing seat fees with token costs. Intrascope keeps them separate on purpose.
1. Workspace subscription
This is the plan fee (Starter, Business, Growth, or Enterprise). It covers users, projects, storage, manifests, analytics, admin controls, and the shared AI workspace itself.
2. Model usage
This is what the AI providers charge for tokens. You can pay providers directly with BYOK, or use Intrascope managed usage and top up a workspace balance.

Every plan includes Bring Your Own Key support. Managed usage is optional when you want to start without opening separate provider accounts.
Bring your own keys (BYOK)
An admin connects company API keys once. Your team uses approved models inside Intrascope. The provider bills you directly at provider rates. Intrascope still bills only the workspace plan.

How the 1.3x managed usage multiplier works
When you use Intrascope-managed models, we apply a 1.3x multiplier on the underlying token cost. That covers running managed access through the workspace so your team does not need a separate vendor setup for every provider.
Simple formula
Managed usage cost = provider-equivalent token cost × 1.3
- The workspace plan is unchanged. Multiplier applies to managed model usage only.
- BYOK traffic is not multiplied by Intrascope. You pay the provider directly.
- You can mix BYOK for some providers and managed usage for others.
- When the managed balance runs out, managed consumption stops until you top up again.
