This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases of software, subscriptions, and lifetime deals made through Intrascope.app and our authorized reseller platforms. By purchasing or accessing our Service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Overview
- All payments for Intrascope services are processed securely by third party payment partners, including Lemon Squeezy, LLC, the Company's authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for direct purchases.
- Intrascope does not process or store full credit card information.
- Refunds are subject to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and any applicable policies of the relevant payment processor, billing provider, reseller, or merchant of record.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Refunds for Subscription purchases are available within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the Service has not been substantially used.
- A Subscription purchase may be considered substantially used if the Customer has created a workspace, invited users, connected provider API keys, used AI models, created or stored workspace content, or otherwise actively used the core features of the Platform.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within an active subscription, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
2.2 Managed Usage and Top Up Balance
- Top Up Balance represents prepaid usage credit for accessing supported AI models through Intrascope Managed Usage.
- Top Up Balance is separate from the subscription fee and is used only for Managed Usage, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Top Up Balance purchases are generally non refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Any Top Up Balance already consumed through Managed Usage is non refundable once the related AI model usage has been processed.
- Any unused Top Up Balance may remain available while the Customer's account is active and eligible to use Managed Usage, subject to the Terms of Service.
- If an account is terminated or deleted by the Customer, remaining Top Up Balance may be forfeited and is not eligible for refund, unless required by applicable law.
2.3 Legacy Lifetime Deals
- Intrascope no longer offers new Lifetime Deals or Lifetime Licenses.
- Any previously purchased Lifetime Deal, if applicable, remains subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase, including any stated refund conditions, included users, workspace access, maintenance requirements, fair use rules, and limitations.
- Refunds for legacy Lifetime Deals are not available unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the original purchase terms.
3. Non Refundable Items
- Subscription periods after the applicable refund window has expired.
- Unused time within an active subscription period after cancellation.
- Top Up Balance or prepaid Managed Usage credits, except where required by law.
- Consumed Managed Usage or processed AI model usage.
- Third party provider charges under the Bring Your Own Key model.
- Payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, taxes, or other costs outside of Intrascope's control.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful use.
- Promotional or discounted offers explicitly marked as non refundable.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us at support@intrascope.app.
- Refund requests should include the account email, order ID or transaction reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method by the applicable payment processor, billing provider, reseller, or merchant of record.
- Refunds processed through Lemon Squeezy, LLC typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the original payment method, although the exact timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency, and country.
- In cases of duplicate charges, accidental payments, or confirmed billing errors, we aim to review the request within 72 hours of receiving the required information.
5. Purchases via Resellers or Third Party Platforms
- If you purchased Intrascope through a reseller, marketplace, or third party billing platform, refunds may need to be requested directly through that provider.
- Intrascope may not be able to process refunds for payments made through external resellers, marketplaces, merchants of record, or billing platforms.
- Such purchases may be subject to the refund policy, payment terms, and processing timelines of the relevant provider.
6. Human Delivered Services
- Intrascope is primarily a SaaS platform.
- Subscription plans and Managed Usage do not include consulting, manual setup, custom development, or other human delivered services unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
- If human delivered services are purchased separately, such services may be governed by separate refund terms, proposal terms, service agreements, or order forms.
- Human delivered services that have already started, been delivered, or reserved may be non refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Exceptions
- Refunds may be granted outside standard criteria at the sole discretion of EVI Solutions DOO.
- Exceptions may include verified technical failure on our servers preventing initial access to the Service.
- Exceptions may include duplicate or accidental payments.
- Exceptions may include billing errors confirmed by the applicable payment processor or billing provider.
- Exceptions may include cases where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Intrascope reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, violation of the Terms of Service, excessive usage, processed Managed Usage, chargebacks, or repeated refund requests.
