INTRASCOPE.APP — TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the Intrascope platform operated by EVI Solutions DOO, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia (“Intrascope”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Intrascope websites and services (including platform.intrascope.app, chat.intrascope.app, and all related domains, APIs, dashboards, or integrations), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.
1. Definitions
- “Service” or “Platform” — The Intrascope web applications, APIs, and all related services and documentation.
- “Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” — EVI Solutions DOO, provider and operator of Intrascope.
- “User” / “You” / “Your” — The individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
- “Workspace” — A company-specific environment within Intrascope that contains users, projects, manifests, and data.
- “Account” — A registered user identity for accessing the Service.
- “Manifest” — A structured document containing project context and information used to maintain continuity across AI interactions.
- “API Key” — A credential provided by a third-party LLM provider (e.g., OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI) or by Intrascope for usage within the platform.
- “LLM” — Large Language Model integrated through the Intrascope platform.
- “Tokens” — Units of model input or output used for billing and analytics.
- “Lifetime License (LTD)” — One-time payment plan providing permanent access to the Service, subject to an annual maintenance fee.
- “Subscription Plan” — Monthly or annual recurring payment plan that allows access to the Service for a defined number of users.
- “Third-Party Provider” — Any external AI model provider or service integrated into Intrascope.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
- If you represent an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once published on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Account Registration and Access
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful business purposes, subject to these Terms.
4.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code of the Service;
- reproduce, resell, or sublicense the Service to third parties without our consent;
- use the Service to transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
- overload or disrupt the system through excessive API calls or automated scraping;
- use the Service to train competing AI models or tools.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, Maintenance Fees, and Refunds
5.1 Pricing and Billing
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments for direct sales are processed via Paddle, the Company’s authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
- Payments for AppSumo lifetime deals (LTD) are processed by AppSumo Inc. and remitted to Intrascope under a reseller agreement.
- The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new plans, or adjust usage fees with prior notice (minimum 30 days).
5.2 Lifetime License (LTD)
- A one-time payment of $299 grants the Customer a perpetual license to use the Intrascope platform under these Terms.
- Starting twelve (12) months from the initial purchase date, a mandatory annual maintenance and support fee of $49 shall apply to maintain continued access to the Service, updates, and support.
- Failure to pay the annual fee within the billing period may result in the temporary suspension of access until payment is received.
- The maintenance fee ensures access to:
- all future software updates and security patches,
- server hosting and infrastructure continuity,
- technical support and data retention,
- compliance updates and new integrations.

- Lifetime Licenses are non-transferable and limited to the purchasing organization.
5.3 Subscription Plans
- Subscription plans (e.g., 10-user and 25-user plans) are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis, as specified at purchase.
- Each plan includes access to a predefined number of users, workspace features, and active integrations.
- Subscription billing also includes token usage charges, which are deducted from the Customer’s available balance as outlined in Section 5.4 (“Top-Up Accounts”).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
- Upgrading or downgrading a plan will prorate charges based on the remaining billing cycle.
5.4 Token Usage and Top-Up Accounts
- Customers using API models via the Intrascope-managed billing system are required to maintain a prepaid balance (“Top-Up”) within their account.
- Token consumption (input/output) is billed dynamically based on the model used, multiplied by the applicable markup factor (e.g., 1.7× for 10-user plans, 1.5× for 25-user plans).
- Each API call deducts the corresponding cost from the Customer’s available Top-Up balance.
- If the balance reaches zero, access to paid models may be temporarily paused until the Customer replenishes their Top-Up balance.
- The Customer authorizes the Company to process Top-Up payments manually or automatically (where enabled) through Paddle or other integrated payment processors.
- Unused Top-Up balances are non-refundable but remain valid as credit for future usage.
- The Company reserves the right to update token pricing to reflect external API provider rate changes, with prior notice.
5.5 Refund Policy
- Refunds for Lifetime or Subscription purchases are available within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the Service has not been substantially used.
- Refunds are not available for Top-Up credits, partial subscription periods, or for accounts terminated due to violation of these Terms.
- For AppSumo deals, the refund process follows AppSumo’s own refund policy and must be initiated via their platform.
- All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment channel originally used for the transaction.
5.6 Failed Payments
- In the event of a failed or declined payment, the Customer will receive a notice to update their billing information within seven (7) days.
- Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access until full payment is received.
- Any outstanding Top-Up balances or maintenance fees remain due and collectible.
6. API Keys, Models, and Data Handling
- Users may connect their own API keys for supported models (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI).
- All API communications are end-to-end encrypted and proxied securely through Intrascope’s infrastructure.
- Intrascope acts as a pass-through system — prompts and responses are sent directly to third-party APIs.
- No input, output, or manifest content is used for model training.
- We store only minimal metadata (token counts, model usage, timestamps, cost analytics) to generate reports.
- Chat and manifest data are encrypted and isolated per workspace.
- Users retain full ownership of their input and output data.
7. Data Privacy and Security
- All customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Intrascope does not access, read, or reuse your chat content except for support or debugging when authorized.
- Third-party LLM providers integrated through API do not use API data for training, as confirmed by:
- OpenAI API Policy (no training on API data)
- Anthropic Claude API Policy
- Google Gemini Enterprise Policy
- DeepSeek Developer Policy
- xAI Grok API (opt-out option available)
- OpenAI API Policy (no training on API data)
- You are responsible for the compliance of your use of AI models with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
8. Intellectual Property
- The Intrascope platform, codebase, designs, and brand are property of EVI Solutions DOO.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
- You retain ownership of all content, manifests, and data you input or generate.
- You grant Intrascope a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and analytics.
- You agree not to remove or obscure copyright notices or trademarks.
9. Service Availability and Disclaimer
- We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Maintenance, updates, or external LLM outages may temporarily affect service access.
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
- Your use of AI outputs is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Intrascope shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or costs of substitute products;
- Our total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Intrascope in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- payment fails;
- you engage in fraud or abuse;
- required by law or regulatory order.

- Upon termination, your account data may be retained for up to 30 days for export purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Third-Party Services
- The Service integrates third-party APIs (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI).
- Each provider’s terms apply when you use their models through our platform.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party model behavior or downtime.
13. Compliance, Export, and Legal Use
- You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws.
- You may not use the Service in countries subject to international sanctions or export restrictions.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your organization’s use complies with privacy, data, and AI governance laws.
14. Changes to Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time with reasonable notice, including features, pricing, or supported models. Where feasible, we will notify users 30 days in advance.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intrascope, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Any disputes shall be settled by competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia, unless otherwise required by law.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
