- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

You may not:

- use the Service to transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
- overload or disrupt the system through excessive API calls or automated scraping;
- use the Service to train competing AI models or tools.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, Maintenance Fees, and Refunds
5.1 Pricing and Billing
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments for direct sales are processed via Lemon Squeezy, LLC, the Company’s authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
- The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new plans, or adjust usage fees with prior notice (minimum 30 days).
5.2 Legacy Lifetime Deals (LTD)
Intrascope no longer offers new Lifetime Deals or Lifetime Licenses.
Any previously purchased Lifetime Deal, if applicable, remains subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase, including any stated limitations, included users, workspace access, maintenance requirements, fair use rules, and refund conditions.
Lifetime Deals are non-transferable and may not be resold, assigned, or moved to another organization without prior written approval from the Company.
The Company reserves the right to replace, modify, or discontinue legacy Lifetime Deal benefits where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, infrastructure sustainability, or material changes to the Service, while making reasonable efforts to preserve access for legitimate legacy customers.
For all new customers, access to the Service is available through current subscription plans, managed usage, top-up balance, or other plans displayed at the time of purchase.
5.3 Subscription Plans
- Intrascope offers subscription plans on monthly and annual billing cycles, as selected at the time of purchase.
- Subscription plans may support the Bring Your Own Key model, Managed Usage, or a combination of both, depending on the selected plan, workspace configuration, and features available at the time of purchase.
- Each subscription plan provides access to a predefined number of users, workspace features, integrations, usage controls, and collaboration tools, depending on the selected tier.
- Under the Bring Your Own Key model, Customers use their own third party provider API keys for AI model access. In this case, Intrascope does not charge for token usage within the subscription plan, as AI model usage costs are billed directly by the respective third party providers.
- Under the Managed Usage model, Customers may access supported AI models through Intrascope’s managed usage layer. Managed Usage is billed separately from the subscription plan and is deducted from the Customer’s available Top Up balance based on the selected model and the amount of input and output generated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time, subject to plan availability. Any changes may be prorated or applied at the next billing cycle, depending on the billing provider, plan type, and applicable payment terms.
###
5.4 Token Usage and Top-Up Accounts
- Under the Managed Usage model, Customers may purchase or add a prepaid Top Up balance to their workspace in order to access supported AI models through Intrascope.
- The Top Up balance is separate from the subscription fee and is used only for Managed Usage, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Token usage is deducted from the available Top Up balance based on the AI model selected by the Customer or its users, the amount of input and output generated, and the applicable provider pricing with Intrascope’s usage markup.
- Intrascope applies a standard usage markup of 1.3x on Managed Usage across all subscription plans, unless a different rate is expressly displayed at the time of purchase or agreed in writing.
- For example, if the underlying provider cost for a specific usage amount is $10, the Customer will be charged $13 from their available Top Up balance through Intrascope Managed Usage.
- Different AI models may have different underlying provider costs. Lighter models may consume less balance for everyday tasks, while premium models may consume more balance for complex analysis, coding, strategy, or high value tasks.
- Intrascope may update supported models, model pricing, usage rates, or applicable markups from time to time due to changes in provider pricing, infrastructure costs, plan structure, promotional terms, or business requirements.
- Any token estimates, examples, or usage calculations shown on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary depending on the selected model, prompt length, output length, file size, context usage, and actual provider pricing.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their Top Up balance and usage activity. Intrascope may provide usage dashboards, balance indicators, or workspace level analytics to help Customers understand how Managed Usage is consumed.
- If the available Top Up balance reaches zero or becomes insufficient, access to Managed Usage may be paused or limited until the workspace is topped up again.
- Unused Top Up balances are generally non refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Top Up balances have no cash value, may not be exchanged for money, and may not be transferred to another customer, organization, or workspace without prior written approval from Intrascope.
5.5 Refund Policy
- Refunds for Subscription purchases are available within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the Service has not been substantially used.
- A Subscription purchase may be considered substantially used if the Customer has created a workspace, invited users, connected provider API keys, used AI models, created or stored workspace content, or otherwise actively used the core features of the Platform.
- Top Up balances purchased for Managed Usage are generally non refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Any Top Up balance already consumed through Managed Usage is non refundable once the related AI model usage has been processed.
- If a refund is approved for a Subscription purchase, access to the related paid plan may be cancelled, downgraded, or suspended.
- Refunds do not include third party provider charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, taxes, or other costs outside of Intrascope’s control, unless required by applicable law.
- Customers using the Bring Your Own Key model are responsible for any AI model usage charges billed directly by third party providers. Intrascope is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing such third party usage costs.
- Customers using Managed Usage are responsible for monitoring their Top Up balance, selected models, and usage activity inside their workspace.
- To request a refund, Customers must contact Intrascope support within the applicable refund period and provide account details, purchase information, and the reason for the request.
- Intrascope reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, excessive usage, or repeated refund requests.
5.6 Failed Payments
- If a subscription payment fails, Intrascope may notify the Customer and attempt to process the payment again through the applicable billing provider.
- If payment is not successfully completed within the applicable grace period, Intrascope may suspend, limit, or downgrade access to paid features until the outstanding payment is resolved.
- During suspension, the Customer’s workspace, projects, manifests, settings, and stored content may remain available in a limited state, but access to paid features, integrations, Managed Usage, or AI model access may be restricted.
- Customers remain responsible for any outstanding subscription fees, usage charges, Top Up related charges, taxes, or other amounts due before the cancellation or suspension date.
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms.
- If a Customer cancels a subscription, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation or required by the billing provider.
- If a workspace uses Managed Usage, any available Top Up balance may remain available while the account is active and eligible to use Managed Usage, subject to these Terms.
- Intrascope may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of fraud, abuse, payment disputes, chargebacks, violation of these Terms, security risks, or unlawful use of the Platform.
- Intrascope is not responsible for any loss of access to third party AI providers, failed API key connections, provider billing issues, or provider account restrictions under the Bring Your Own Key model.
- The Customer is responsible for keeping billing details, payment methods, tax information, and account contact information accurate and up to date.
6. API Keys, Models, and Data Handling
- Users may access supported AI models either by connecting their own provider API keys under the Bring Your Own Key model or by using Managed Usage through Intrascope’s managed usage layer.
- Under the Bring Your Own Key model, Customers use their own third party provider API keys for AI model access. In this case, prompts and responses are routed to the relevant third party AI providers using the Customer’s own API keys.
- Under the Managed Usage model, Customers may access supported AI models through Intrascope’s managed provider access layer. In this case, token usage is deducted from the Customer’s available Top Up Balance according to the selected model, usage volume, and applicable pricing.
- Intrascope acts as a workspace, routing, collaboration, and usage management layer between the Customer and supported AI models. Intrascope does not control the internal operation, training practices, availability, pricing, limits, or output behavior of third party AI providers.
- Intrascope may store Customer Content, including prompts, responses, manifests, projects, workspace data, and related usage records, only as needed to provide the Service, enable workspace features, maintain user history, support collaboration, process billing and usage, improve reliability, provide support, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Intrascope does not use Customer input, output, chat, manifest, file, or private workspace content to train AI models.
- Third party AI providers may process Customer Content only for the purpose of providing the requested model response, subject to their applicable API, enterprise, privacy, data processing, and service terms.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to submit any content, personal data, confidential information, regulated data, files, prompts, or other materials to the Platform and supported AI models.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms, policies, and data handling practices of any third party AI providers they use through the Platform, especially when using the Bring Your Own Key model.
- Customers should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, confidential, or personal data to the Platform or AI models unless they have confirmed that such use is permitted under applicable law, internal policies, provider terms, and any relevant data protection requirements.
- Intrascope may apply technical, security, usage, abuse prevention, or compliance controls to API key usage, Managed Usage, model access, file processing, prompt execution, or workspace activity where necessary to protect the Platform, Customers, Users, or third party providers.
7. Data Privacy and Security
- Customer data is protected using encryption in transit and at rest, where applicable, together with workspace level access controls and security measures designed to protect account and workspace data.
- Intrascope does not access, read, or reuse Customer chat content except where necessary to provide the Service, investigate abuse or security issues, comply with legal obligations, or provide support or debugging when authorized by the Customer.
- Intrascope does not use Customer prompts, responses, chats, manifests, files, or private workspace content to train AI models.
- Third party AI providers may process Customer content only for the purpose of providing the requested model response, subject to their applicable API, enterprise, privacy, data processing, and service terms.
- Where available under their API, enterprise, or service terms, third party AI providers may state that API data is not used to train their models by default or may provide specific opt out controls. Intrascope does not control third party provider policies and Customers should review the applicable provider terms where required.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and AI models complies with applicable laws, privacy obligations, internal policies, provider terms, and any industry specific requirements that apply to your organization.

- When you use third party AI models through the Bring Your Own Key model, your use is governed by the terms, pricing, privacy policies, usage limits, data processing terms, and service conditions of the respective provider.
- When you use Managed Usage, Intrascope provides access to supported AI models through its managed provider access layer. Such access remains dependent on the availability, pricing, limits, terms, and technical performance of the relevant third party providers.
- Intrascope is not responsible for interruptions, delays, degraded performance, output quality issues, hallucinations, model changes, provider outages, rate limits, provider account restrictions, provider policy changes, or pricing changes caused by third party providers.
